Content may include additional metadata such as time, date, file type, file size, duration, dimensions, device information, camera/media metadata, or approximate upload location if included in the file or provided by your device.
1.4 Messages and Communications
When you use Messages or buyer/seller communication tools, we collect message-related information, including:

- sender and recipient
- time and date
- attachments
- voice messages
- read/delivery status where available
- reports or safety signals
- order-related communication
- support communication
Unless we clearly state otherwise, Ayn messages are not end-to-end encrypted. We may process messages for delivery, storage, safety, abuse prevention, reporting, support, and legal compliance.
1.5 Qabeela Information
Qabeela may allow community interaction and incognito-style participation.
We may collect:
- Qabeela membership
- invitations or access codes
- posts, comments, replies, reactions, and reports inside Qabeela
- moderation actions
- participation and activity signals
- technical and safety logs
Incognito or private-style features do not make you completely anonymous to Ayn. We may process and review Qabeela activity where needed for safety, moderation, legal compliance, platform integrity, or support.
1.6 El Khan Marketplace Information
If you use El Khan as a buyer, seller, creator, service provider, or business, we may collect:
- product listings
- service listings
- prices and currencies
- product photos
- service descriptions

- seller/business details
- buyer name and contact information needed for fulfillment

Even if you later delete content, copies may remain if others have shared, saved, screenshotted, cached, or otherwise preserved it.
3.3 With Sellers, Buyers, Creators, and Service Providers
If you use El Khan, Orders & Bookings, or buyer/seller tools, we may share information needed to complete the transaction, such as:
- buyer name
- seller/provider name
- order details
- delivery information
- contact information if needed for fulfillment
- messages
- booking details
- payment status if applicable
- reviews and dispute information
